How to securely set up Google Drive sync on Linux?

Hello!

I want to set up two way sync for Google drive on my Linux Mint.
Saw different utilities for this.
But when working with closed utilities, there is a risk of a token leak...
Officially, Google does not want to do a client for some reason...
That's the question, what to use to make it as safe as possible.
Who uses what?

But when working with closed utilities, there is a risk of a token leak...

Then it's better to turn off the PC and disconnect from the network, because half of the drivers in Linux are private blobs.
Officially, Google does not want to do a client for some reason ...

Indeed, why are they not tearing the fifth point for the sake of as many as 0.01% of users?
So the question is, what to use in order to be as safe as possible.

Official client and use it, don't worry.

Ronald McDonald said everything correctly.
I will say on the subject of rclone: "Use it, may happiness be with you."
You should experience euphoria and nirvana every time you call the team sync. For it works like a crowbar - reliably and trouble-free. The main thing is to know when to use it.
I don’t understand at all what is the problem with detecting and using the token of any other application on any other OS? The main thing is to have access to memory .
