How to secure a site from attacks?

I downloaded the logs of calls to the site and I see that more than two hundred came from ip 5.101.0.7 per night:

5.101.0.7 - - [28/Nov/2017:00:05:42 +0300] "GET /bitrix/admin/ HTTP/1.0" 200 16527 " http://_____site_____.ru/bitrix/admin/ " "Opera/ 9.80 (Windows NT 6.0) Presto/2.12.388 Version/12.14"

I'm not strong in this matter, but I understand that someone is breaking into the site's admin panel?
I see two options:
1. Block access to the site from this IP (is this a normal practice? I have never done this)
2. Do nothing.
What options can you offer in this case?

@IG51

  1. Turn on Activity Control/bitrix/admin/security_stat_activity.php

IP Most likely some kind of gateway/proxy. Block - change the proxy and again into battle.
I don't understand what is the problem? Let them "break".
Not sure about the security of Bitrix? Didn't 1C tell you when it was sold how safe, fast and innovative it was? :)
