How to search in ElasticSearch for two or more fields?

There are two fields, one numeric (city number), the other text (street name).
I want to make a hint system, but I can't make a normal issue.
such sensation that is looked for on one field and separately on another. As a result, it throws out an irrelevant mess of data.
