How to search for related keywords?

There is a database of keywords (queries to search engines) in English. There is a machine translation of this base (base A). Base about 1.1 million keywords.
In addition to this base, there is another base (base B).
The task is to find similar keywords in database A from database B.
That is . we take a key from B and look for an approximately similar one in database A.
How can this be implemented?
