Could you tell me, please, how do you search for courses on the courser?
How do you determine which courses are worth watching and which are better left untouched?
Interested in web design and development

https://www.coursetalk.com/ - here there is a search for different courses (not only coursers) and reviews for them.
In general, for courses on purely practical computer technologies, you can find more at https://www.udacity.com/ , Coursera is still more of an academic direction.

You will still give up "training" on the courser in a week. Don't waste your and others' time.
