There is no full-fledged filter in groups.getMembers, such as country, age, gender, whether the person is online, etc.
Maybe it's a different method?

There is no filter, but you can specify additional. fields ( fields ) of type bdate, country, city, sex, last_seento get the characteristics you need for all group members and then filter the result for yourself.
