How to scroll horizontally with the wheel in Excel?

Hello!
I just couldn’t stand the bullying of the small ones in terms of usability, so I decided to ask if there is a possibility that when you press Shift, or maybe in some other way, and scroll with the wheel, horizontal scrolling is performed, like in all programs (well, of course, not Microsoft ) where horizontal scrolling exists.
I don’t know why a lot of standard combinations in standard Microsoft applications simply don’t work, but it’s very disappointing, I hope that such scrolling is still possible, but the combination is just different, but I couldn’t find it.

2. Vote here to slightly increase the likelihood of this feature being implemented in future releases programs.
3. If the mouse has an iron horizontal scroll (deviation towards the scroll wheel, or in the form of a second scroll wheel), you can use them.

For example, in CorelDraw, side scrolling is implemented through Ctrl + Scroll, and not through Shift.
In Wordperfect Office X6 (there is no more recent one at hand), horizontal scrolling via Shift is also not implemented anywhere.
For there to be UX unity, it would have to be implemented at the Windows level...

1. Try to press the mouse wheel and move the cursor to the right.
2. If your mouse supports buttons activated by tilting the wheel left and/or right, try using them.
If these two points did not help, most likely there is no horizontal scrolling with the mouse.
