How to scale the page to the size of the viewport if its width is larger?
There is a layout, the main width of which is 1160px. Displayed for resolutions 1280 and above. If the resolution is less than 1280, then the layout width is set to 640px.
The problem is on devices whose viewport is less than 640. When loading, part of the page is not visible (it goes beyond the right edge of the window). If you tap twice on the page, then it scales it so that it fits completely. Necessarily, the browser performed this scaling immediately upon loading.
Google found several similar questions, but the suggested solutions did not help. I tried different dances with the meta viewport, but so far without success.
