How to save vector layers in .psd layout so that Avocode sees all vector layers as vector and can be cut into .svg?

The designer sent a layout, vector icons. For slicing, I use avocode, select the desired layer, do export to .svg, but in fact I get this icon:

i.e. inside .svg .base64 but it's not a vector. Maybe someone has come across and knows the reason why the vector layer is not defined in avocode as vector. Maybe the designer needs to specify some specific type for the vector layer. So that in avocode you can export the vector to .svg.
