How to save the future sticker in Photoshop?

all good. the crux of the matter is as follows. Initially created a 1500x1000 document to design a can sticker. eventually I need to get a 11cm/6.5cm sticker. how to save the sticker in the correct cm for me, so that the quality of the work done does not change and the color correction does not fade (I do not use gradients).
Thanks a lot!

Good day.
Are you going to give to printing? Each has its own requirements, including the color profile, so when you get the requirements, then change.
To convert from pixel dimensions to centimeters / etc. there is a coefficient, roughly speaking, called DPI (dots per inch). Usually 300 DPI is used for printing (interior, i.e. with small details), so create a new document, set DPI to 300, set dimensions in centimeters and copy your source into a new document. When changing the color profile for a specific printing house, the colors will have to be adjusted to be optimal (provided that your monitor is profiled the same, otherwise the results will be completely UG), and be sure to order a color proof before printing.

Greetings.
It is better to immediately create a document size for the desired format.
If in your situation, then I would recommend creating a new document in size with a density of 300.
You also need to understand in which color model the CMYK or RGB sticker will be printed.
It is better to insert content from your original file into a new document, it will be more practical and you will be able to control the whole process when resizing.
You need to save in TIFF, you can in pdf, but not png and jpg for sure))
Have a delicious design for you ...
