Hello. Prompt possible ways of solving the following problem:
There is an online store. Task: when calling a mob. phone to intercept in any way the caller's number and immediately look for an order by phone number.
I googled for solutions but didn't find anything suitable. I see the solution as follows: a certain application is installed on the smartphone, which intercepts the caller's number and immediately sends and saves it to an intermediate server. The online store checks for new numbers on the same server using the API. As soon as he sees the phone number, he immediately starts the search for the order. Thus, when the operator answers the call, the caller's order is already open before his eyes.

Skills: the store is built on PHP, make an apishka that will pick up a phone number. Raise the intermediate server too. But I don't know how to use Android apps.
