How to save text written in MS Word to the database but change its formatting to your own?

Good afternoon.
We ran into a problem - we have a news portal, journalists write articles in MS Word - and then pass them on to the Editors.
The editors insert the text of the news through the admin panel and then edit the styles so that it looks like the text in Word.
It turns out that there is always double work on the design of the text: First, it is drawn up by journalists, then the editor is drawn up again.
We are looking for a solution that can convert Word formatting to the formatting we need. Who can faced similar?
PS: roughly speaking - highlighted in bold in the Word, so that in our database it will be thrown as [b]bold text[/b]
