I created a telegram bot and connected it to the contact form on the site so that all notifications come to the telegram bot. Everything works great for me, but when other users connect to it, nothing comes out of them, even those messages that are already in the chat.
What needs to be done so that users who connect to the bot see notifications, both old and new?
