How to save gifs through android studio?

There are a large number of sparsed links to gifs.
I would like to write a code to download them from the Internet from the link, and then save it preferably to the computer's hard drive, and at the same time be able to set file names. Can anyone suggest?

you do not need android studio for this, a script on any java running locally on a computer
, I write similar things in python, but java, c#, etc will do just as well
