I would like to know how to download all media files that a Telegram user sends to the aiogram bot?
Are there ways to download to the folder where the script is running?. Is it possible to send files by command (in the comments), let's say the user sent a photo, with the comment "Save photo", he saves, without a comment, does not save.

Its purpose: to save .mp4 files.
