How to save and use snippets for SCSS in sublime?

I created and bound the snippet, selected the required source.sass and saved it to the default packages/users folder. When entering a trigger in a .scss file, the snippet does not work. Where is the mistake?

Tools -> Developer -> New snippet Write a snippet
there, save where it will suggest
