How to save all the pictures in folders in a different quality?
There is a folder in it, there are still folders in all the pictures, they need to be compressed according to the specified parameters (for example, jpg at 75%) and overwrite the files.
What program is most convenient to perform such an action on Windows.

Thank you all, I blunted it, I figured it out myself :) I
did everything in XnViev
very simply. If anyone needs it:
In the settings, I specified the desired compression percentage and that no meta data would be saved
1. Right click on the folder
2. from the "Find all files recursively" menu
3. Select all.
4. Batch processing, resize and set 100% to 100%.
Well, specify that the files would be overwritten.
Forget all the standard ms office picture manager...
- set yourself FastStone
- go to the folder with pictures
- select them
- press F3 (Tools \ Batch Convert Selected Images)
- Settings button
- set the quality, ok
- assign an output folder or uncheck it, so that the pictures are displayed in the original folder
- if renaming is necessary, turn on the rename checkbox
- if necessary, check the advanced options checkbox and do whatever your heart desires - resize, sharpen, blur, sprinkle, watermarch, etc. to taste
- click Convert
Standard Microsoft Office Picture Manager can bulk process files
