How to save a project from IntelliJ IDEA to a computer?

Hello!
I need to send a project to a person. Can you please tell me how to save a project from IntelliJ IDEA to my computer? And then I just see Save all, but where I need to click to save it to my desktop, I don’t understand ..

Do you think that IDEA opens projects from somewhere on the Internet? The project is already on your computer.
It is enough to open the directory with explorer or another file manager and you can at least copy it first, at least archive and send it right away.
