How to save a page with pictures in an archive using PHP?

Situation: I make layout, post it on my server and show it to the client. After all the edits, I send the client an archive with the page (plain html) and all the original pictures. I would like to automate this.
The page is generated by PHP.
How to dynamically create an archive (page + pictures) using PHP and give it to the browser.
By hand, it looks like this
: 1. save the page with images (all images are merged into one folder, in this case it's even a plus) using the browser,
2. pack,
3. send.
Ideally, a ready-made solution, if there are no ready-made solutions, then perhaps there is software or an online service that can be fed a URL and get an archive? The solution should minimally clog the output file with its comments.

@SwoDs

Have you tried to write in Google at least one query on your topic? =)
Is done elementary.
1. Move everything to 1 folder of fun-mi working with files , or rather copy () and rename ()
2. Archive - Documentation for zip
3. Send a letter with a link to the archive - mail ()
