How to save a page from windows-1251 to utf-8?
Unable to save the page so that you can make edits and reopen it locally. When saving in a file (I open it through sublime3), instead of Cyrillic "????", although everything looks correct in the browser, however, if you enter something in Cyrillic and save, the page falls apart. I can assume that Sublime 3 either incorrectly determines the encoding. For the sake of interest, I opened one of the ancient projects 10 years ago, instead of windows-1251 I defined it as windows-1252.
"File -> Reopen with Encoding" try it. Save - via "File -> Save with Encoding", but make sure that there are no meta tags specifying a different encoding than the one being saved.
