How to save a Linux Mint KDE system image?

The question is, I'm using Linux Mint KDE, but I don't like the initial setup. I've tweaked my programs, assigned keyboard shortcuts, updated apt-get, tweaked the interface, etc.
How do I save my settings so that I can burn my system as an ISO image at any time. Just burn the ISO to a bootable flash drive and install it on another laptop.
