How to save a docker image?

Greetings! There is a question. I made a docker-compose.yml file and run my application with the command docker compose up. In fact, I have 10 services described in the yml file. And how can you share this whole thing with someone? After all, this application consists of 10 containers? For example, the command docker savesaves exactly image. Or, in fact, is everything deployed using this compose file? That is, archive the directory with volumes and yml, dockerfile and transfer it to another person?

If the containers are somehow special, raise a private repo and give a person access to it. If these are ordinary public containers - just transfer the compose file - the docker will download them
