I installed the language pack in lang, but as it turned out, mail from somewhere else takes them,

I'm talking about verification letters in the mail and password recovery

To Russify letters, you need to download the file https://github.com/caouecs/Laravel-lang/blob/maste... and put it in the /resources/lang folder
