How to run Windows for DEC Alpha platform?

I have an iso image of a beta version of Windows 2000 for the DEC Alpha platform . On which emulator can I install and run it?

It looks like the only Alpha emulator available today is CHARON-AXP or CHARON-VAX . And that's not the fact that they support host Windows. I also found this - SIMH . But how alive and fast it is difficult to judge.
