How to run vlc on BusyBox via SSH from Powershell?

Good afternoon!
It is necessary to run VLC remotely from Windows systems on a media player on which BusyBox + XFCE4 is installed.
It is impossible to put third-party applications on the media player, so it was decided to use PowerShell. Downloaded the Posh_SSh library to work with SSH.
There were problems starting the VLC player. For some reason, when starting VLC, the system says that there is no such file (bash can`t find this file)
I tried to specify the full path to VLC (/usr/local/bin/vlc), the system no longer swears, but VLC does not start. (If VLC is running, then I can kill the process with the killall vlc command)
However, when I connect via Putty, everything works fine.
What could be the problem?
