How to run two copies of the same app on iOS?

I have two instagram accounts - personal and company. I want to post in both, without switching the account in the application each time. Is it possible to install two copies of the application, even if one is not updated?
For android, I know a way - to rename the application in the manifest, but I want it on ios.

Brr, the solution above is hell. Go to the store, download some thread of software that can post on Instagram and the problem is solved. Why reinvent the wheel?

The meaning is the same - repack the application using a different (own) provisioning profile and install via Xcode.
