How to run the Windows command line in the right folder?

Please tell me how to launch cmd in the right folder in Windows 10 using a shortcut?

Change the label to this:

C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /K "cd /d C:\path\to\folder\"

Open the folder in Explorer and at the top in the line with the full path to the folder, type cmd (wiping out the path) and press Enter.
