Two tasks are obtained here at once: receiving a screen with sound from a remote server to a certain machine and broadcasting the resulting video from this machine via a Web server to the Internet.
The first task is a classic remote access task, only a few such systems transmit sound. I think it's worth looking at something from this table:
https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A1%D1%80%D0%B0%D...
The second task is to stream video and sound from the screen to server or specialized service. Here I recommend to google the services and, in relation to the recommendations of the selected service, already choose the client software and the player for the site.

I would start to try with vlc - cross-platform at least.

Run OBS software or XSplit on the server and stream to the Goodgame.ru service. (When setting up a broadcast in Goodgame, choose a little-known game, usually choose GURU GURU, since usually a service for games has been created). Then you can restream from this service on Youtube, Twitch, and there will be no additional load on the PC. There will be a relay from the goodgame servers, which is also a plus, we are expanding the broadcast, respectively, more people will see. You can watch the video broadcast on goodgame or youtube. Then you can take better from these services with goodgame - a video window (HTML - code) and insert it on your website, page or somewhere else.
