How to run TeamSpeak Server on Windows XP?

I wanted to put a TS3 server on a computer with Windows XP. But ran into a problem. The entry point was not found in the ntdll.dll file. When trying to replace this file with a new one, an error occurred that this file is already in use.

ntdll.dll is one of the core files of the system. The stump is clear that it cannot be replaced when the system is running. And not the fact that you can replace it with a new one without disrupting the system.
1. Try to install all updates to your XP (SP3 is the latest official one, there is an unofficial folk assembly of SP4)
2. Try 32-bit versions

You can replace this file, you need to boot from a third-party device (flash drive, CD drive or hard drive) and then replace the file (after making a backup copy of it).
