How to run second program in docker?

Hello. The problem is this: there are 2 python scripts, 1 for parsing into the database, the second is an application, how to run them simultaneously inside the ubuntu 20 docker container? docker should still keep mongoDB

Firstly - run in different containers - and run at least the tenth program ...
Secondly - is there any special need to use Ubuntu in a container? - what did the same Alpine not please?
