How to run script after OpenWrt fully loaded?

Following this manual , I set up ad blocking, the problem is that the script is correctly processed only by cron and by launching manually, after rebooting the router - it does not work, I added the launch command to /etc/rc.local, but it looks like the script worked even before the Internet went up , and /tmp/adfree was empty. Your ideas?

and write & in /etc/rc.local

Make the script run after the "lift" of the interface: https://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/techref/hotplug
