How to run programs under sudo?

Please tell me how to run programs not from a shortcut, but from a terminal on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS?
Specifically interested in redis-desktop-manager.

What for? If something doesn't want to run as root, then it usually has a reason. Especially in bubunta, who tries very hard not to let the teapot (her TA - teapots) shoot herself in the foot. Maybe think that you need to do something differently?
