How to run node server on vds timeweb?

Hello. I did everything according to the instructions .
In the ssh terminal, I run node app.js (I'm in a folder, the commands are attached to the paths to the folders, everything is ok).
Nothing happens, I don't get kicked, nothing - node app.js. In my heart I don’t even know how to google it, please tell me what I can try.
