How to run Node/React project on vps?

Hello! I bought vps which is available by IP. The frontend part needs to be run in the root folder so that the front part is accessible via IP, and the back part needs to be run on the same IP + :3000 (for example) ?

For the backend, you can use pm2, for the frontend, it's convenient to use nginx.
