You can run 1+ telegram accounts at the same time using the portable version of the application, which is on the official telegram website. just create a folder for yourself, for example Telegram, and inside there are already folders for each version of the telegram, for example telegram1, telegram2, into which you unpack copies of the telegram, then just run each separately and configure as you like.
