How to run jar file on button click?

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.
Such is the problem. A) There is a Jframe with buttons (Menu). B) And there is another Jframe with buttons. (1 program) C) Jframe with buttons. (2 program)
They are written in different packages.
I want to legalize them.
How can I start another project on a button?
Is it necessary to compile projects B and C into jar files? And then open in action separately. (How to do this?)
Or is it possible to do everything somehow easier?
