How to run iOS apps on Windows 10?

It took one application that exists only for iOS.
How can it be run under Win 10?
Google gives out good news that Win 10 is sharpened for integration with applications for Android and iOS, unlike previous versions, where you had to use an emulator. There are no instructions on how to do this though.
Win10 is installed on the tablet.

The correct answer is to install a virtual machine with a hackintosh and try it in the simulator. No other way
