How to run Inventor in the background (without opening the GUI)?

I will describe the situation:
a batch script opens an Inventor file that contains iLogic rules, the file is saved, then the program closes.
The largest amount of time in this procedure is the opening of the visual part of Inventor, although it is absolutely not needed.
Accordingly, the question is:
Are there options for launching Inventor without opening the GUI (visual environment), or some other option that will speed up this process?

I think a simple script is not enough here.
Most likely you can write a program in VBA or C# using the inventor api.
I'm by no means an expert at all, you just need to google and understand.
In this topic , a person writes that when writing a program, it is enough to specify
But again, you need to delve deeply.
As an option - keep Inventor open all the time, and close only the file.
