How to run grunt as a daemon?

There are a certain set of grunt tasks and a few front-end developers who don't have local versions of sites and push all changes to the dev server.
Now we need to run the concurrent(watch) task so that we don’t have to constantly run all tasks using hooks.
I searched on the Internet, but I did not find the answer to this question anywhere.
I would be glad if someone could help me find a solution.
