How to run full web browser inside game on unity3d?

Are there any options that would work on playstation and xbox? you need a full browser! and is there support for webrtc and webgl?

I saw plugins only for computers and mobile phones, for consoles you will most likely have to write your own solution. Or you can write to the developers of the existing plugin, maybe they will help you.
