How to run Facebook ads on your website?

Hello. A quick question for those in the know: "How do I run Facebook ads on my external site?"
Bottom line:
- I don't have a business page on facebook and I don't want to create one.
- I want to launch one facebook campaign quickly.
- I just want to put a link to the site in the ad.
- When creating an advertising campaign, I can't find it stupidly: "Put a link to the site"
QUESTION: is it generally possible to do this on Facebook? If so, where to dig.
