How to run dynamic scripts at some time/day?

I have a task when creating some object in the database to schedule the deletion of this data object, the time can be different, I think to use node-Schedule but I don’t know how it specifically works, I need that even if the server shuts down or restarts, then the scheduled script is all equally worked
