How to run deoldify via docker?

I need to start the project from https://github.com/jantic/DeOldify , I try through Docker but I constantly get an error that there are no access rights, I registered the launch through sudo and quick_start.sh through sudo and put down the rights to the docker group, still error ,
Successfully tagged deoldify:latest
docker: Got permission denied while trying to connect to the Docker daemon socket at unix:///var/run/docker.sock : Post http://%2Fvar%2Frun%2Fdocker.sock /v1.24/containers... : dial unix /var/run/docker.sock: connect: permission denied.

how to solve this error ?
