How to run debug version of windows 10 UWP(Appx) from terminal?

I want to run unit tests periodically under the Universal Windows Platform (UWP), namely the debug version, starting directly from Visual Studio works fine, starting from the console does not work:

C:\Users\l_chayka\job_builds\unit_tests_win10\Debug\AppX>UnitTests.exe
The system cannot execute the specified program.
