How to run cron in docker container as user?

Good afternoon. I run dockerfile from docker-compose.yml in which I install cron.
How can I run it?

(in the dockerfile I use the USER www-data command)
From the root, the cron is launched, but from the user (and any, not only www-data) it does not start.
