How to run code from a text editor in this way?

How do I run the code:
- open the console
- write the file name
- press inter

I need a text editor that will allow me to automate this process.

Now I use sublime, so if you can do it in it, then tell me how.

I know there is such a thing as a build system,
but for some reason I can't use it.
And I also know what XY is, but
