Here is the command that is highlighted in blue in the picture, all other fields are also
/opt/php/7.2/bin/php-cgi /var/www/vhosts/u0479159.plsk.regruhosting.ru/site.ru/artisan schedule:run >>/dev /null 2>&1
Instead of u0479159 you need
* * * * *
