How to run Application file type?

Downloaded office.
Can't run .
When I open the setup file with notepad ++ ..
I see the type setup.exe
Nothing happens when I try to run it.
Who faced similar?
What may be missing in my computer for a normal start?

When you try to start, nothing happens.

Many antiviruses, including the standard Windows Defender, detect emulators as malware and block their activity.
If you want to run - disable the antivirus.
PS No one guarantees that, in addition to the emulator, a malicious file is not attached there, so everything is at your own peril and risk.
