How to run an OpenVPN server on Windows?

Hello! Error when starting OpenVPN server: CreateFile failed on TAP device: \\.\Global\{FC4DE092-A3BC-450F-80A9-7160AF91F87C}.tap: Too many links (errno=31).

Try setting the OpenVPN Service to Manual startup mode.
Also check that the TAP adapter exists and is enabled.
