In the video where people write the code, they just take the token and everything works. I can't do it at all. Tried regular token and Access. I even take the code completely from the video and change the token in no way at all. Maybe someone will tell? There are still guesses that you need to write your address in the Callback Api tab. But he doesn't get an answer from there. Either Timeout or invalid address

Look at the address on MyIp.ru, look at the address on your computer - they must match.
Option two to compare the address on MyIp.ru and on your router, they must match. But you will need to forward the port, this is done in the router settings.
If the address does not match in any of these two options, you need to connect a white IP from the provider. If the provider does not give it, return it to the hosting.

Check if your port is open from the outside: type your ip into the address bar with the required query parameters and see if it answers or not. You may need to just forward the port. Also check if https is required.
